Pavithra's Sangam
The West facing property is situated in a residential zone in one of the oldest localities of Bangalore – Malleswaram. There is a conservancy lane in the west side of the property. The road facing the property is 9th main (between 8th Cross and 9th Cross). The object is to develop a classy, modern residential complex while being as environmentally friendly as possible.
BUILDING
Stilt Floor + 3 upper floors
In this type of building, we have designed spacious 3 bedroom units on all floors. The main pedestrian access will be through a large entrance portal tastefully designed on the Stilt Floor. Emphasis has been placed on maximum natural light and ventilation which is available in abundance for each unit. Each unit will feel like an independent house with the advantages of an apartment.
